General Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and we'll issue a refund.

Returned items must be original, unworn, unwashed and they must be in unused condition (ID tags are not torn). We will also gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund if the product you received from TowelSelections.com has manufacturing defects.

Please e-mail us at CustomerCare@towelselections.com or call us at 888-7-TOWELS to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Do not forget to include your order number or a copy of your invoice. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and/or refunded.

If the product has manufacturing defects, we will send you a new item and we will pay the shipping fees. The return shipping fee of any return that is not the result of manufacturing defects will be paid by the customer.

Monogrammed Items Returns

Since monogramming is considered as customizing the product, monogrammed items cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.

Refund Process

We’ll request a refund after we receive and process your return. If you paid by credit card your refund will go to credit card and can take up to 3-5 business days. If you paid by check or money order, a check will be issued to you and can take up to 10 business days. We will notify you via e-mail once we have processed and issued a refund to your credit card or mailed out a check to your address.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please call us or send an e-mail to obtain an RMA number. Any exchanges without RMA number will not be accepted and/or processed.

Gift Returns or Exchanges

You can also return or exchange gift wrapped items within 30 days of the sale date. The item must be in original, unworn, unwashed and unopened condition. After we receive the item and process it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. The original purchaser will be notified via e-mail. Please call us or send an e-mail in order to obtain RMA number. Any monogrammed gift items cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned.
