ORDERING PROCESS Changing or Canceling Your Order One you placed an order you can cancel or obtain a refund through e-mail at any time before we process your order. We usually process orders within 1-2 business days after the order received. In order to change the order first you have to cancel then you have to place a new order. Availability of the Merchandise We try our best to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. If the product availability changes, you will be notified via e-mail or phone.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Purchasing Gift Certificates Gift Certificates are available in $50, $75, $100, $150 and $250.
You will receive the gift certificate through e-mail.
Gift Certificates may only be mailed to valid U.S. addresses and may only be redeemed by recipients in the contiguous United States (48 States).
No sales tax is charged on the purchase of gift certificates but may apply to orders paid with gift certificates.
Promotional codes may not be used to purchase gift certificates, but may be used when redeeming gift certificates. Redeeming Gift Certificates Every gift certificate has a unique code, in order to redeem the gift certificate, enter the code in your shopping cart.
The dollar value of your gift certificate is automatically deducted from the total charge of your order. If there is a balance left over, you can use it for your next purchase.
After you redeem the gift certificate, if there is a remaining balance left over, you can pay with your credit cards. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
Unused gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash.
Gift certificates are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Gift certificates may only be redeemed for orders shipped in the contiguous United States (48 States).
