Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and we'll issue a refund. Returned items must be original, unworn, unwashed and they must be in unopened packages (ID tags are not torn). We will also gladly accept returns within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund if the product you received from TowelSelections.com has manufacturing defects. Please e-mail us at CustomerCare@towelselections.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Do not forget to include your order number or a copy of your invoice. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and/or refunded. If the product has manufacturing defects, we will send you a new item and we will pay the shipping fees. Any return that is not the result of manufacturing defects, will be subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.
